Nope, not getting into any election talk today, just talking about all the primary colors I have on! But before I go into the outfit, I am super happy to announce that today is my first day of being self employed! Yesterday was my last day at the office and now I will be working full time on my vintage shop. I also plan to open a new shop with handmade items on Etsy as well. I really am looking forward to the adventure that lies ahead!
Outfit Details: Dress -
c/o Persunmall //
Plaid Shirt & Tights - Target (last year) //
Shoes - thrifted // Gloves -Vintage (found at a garage sale)
On to the outfit. This time of year I have to resist throwing on a plaid shirt every day of the week. I decided to dress my flannel up a bit with this
gorgeous dress from persunmall that is currently one of the most comfortable dresses I own, and a vintage pair of gloves I found at a garage sale this summer. Anyway, I'm off to get started photographing some pretty dresses for the shop! If you're interested to see what my apartment looks like where I'll be working from home, you can see a little snap I posted on instagram this morning
here! To celebrate my new adventure, you can take 30% off anything in
the shop including sale items until Sunday with the coupon code HOORAY30. Have a wonderful day!

YAY! Congrats on going full-time with your shop! You absolutely deserve it, and I'm so happy for you! I can't wait to see where this takes you, and I especially can't wait to see these handmade items (are you still thinking about making detachable collars like you mentioned a while ago? Because those would be adorable.)
ReplyDeleteAnd as usual, you look wonderful. This dress is too pretty! :)

This is such a great combination, I need to layer my flannel under dresses in the future!! That dress is really lovely too :) Primarily colours allllways go together!

Will you be selling floral crowns and the collars? I seem to recall both of those being mentioned that you made those...
ReplyDeleteThe dress and flannel go well together. The first shot of the gloves looked like medical rubber gloves from that distance but I fell in love with them when you showed them closer up. I love well made gloves on people...
Wow, congratulations on pursuing your vintage shop full time! I wish the best for you dear :) And i love how you layered your plaid shirt under the red dress, it looks great!
ReplyDeleteCute! And congrats on running your vintage shop full time - that's amazing!!! I was so so happy to hear that! xoxo
ReplyDeleteCongrats girly!!! I wish you the best with your new venture!!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, your outfit would fit right in on my very first fashion link-up today!

Plaid is rad and will never be a fad. There's a rhyme for you.
ReplyDeleteAlso, those gloves are super fun. They remind me of a Cinderella blue.
I've never seen that colour on a pair of gloves before. Cute outfit! Thanks for posting the photos and feel free to drop by me too anytime.
ReplyDeletesweet Hannah! it has been WAY too long, did you like that I got a copycat haircut like yours? all I've been wearing lately is plaid and big sweaters. that's all. those gloves are gorgeous too, what a find!! and, hooray, I am SUPER excited for you, onto a new chapter! i'm so glad you can be doing something you truly love and turing that into your job. 3 cheers for you, girlfriend! happy friday!
