Little White Dress

With the temperatures quickly rising, all I want to do is throw on a little white dress and call it a day.  I'm also at the point where light, loose, and breathable fabrics are really all I want to wear.  Whose with me?!

Nude Heels - Shoemint
Necklace - Vintage

Another huge summer staple for me here in super sunny colorado are sunglasses! If you guys follow along on instagram, you probably remember seeing this post last week with my new sunnies from Sunglass Warehouse.  I have a bit of an addiction, so I got three new pairs and have been wearing them non-stop on rotation.  These retro wayfarers are R's favorite, as they are one of my only pairs that have a more classic cut and neutral color.  I apologize in advance for how much you will be seeing these as they go with everything.  Now all I need is a tan ;)  Anyway, if you are in the market for cute and affordable sunglasses, they have a HUGE selection and they are all under $20!

As for this dress from Oasap, it is super comfy and has beautiful blue embroidery on the bottom that unfortunately is hard to see in most of these photos.  I wore a version of this outfit for date night on Friday to drink a watermelon jalapeño margarita and eat some delicious veggie fajitas over at a brewery in our new town!  Summer is seriously the best.

p.s. It's a busy day for me on the interwebs!  I am also posting a remix over on the Flock Together blog and have an interview and DIY post up on Cutout & Keep today!

  7. I'm totally with you! Although my laziness might also be due to having a baby around to take care of, haha! I love getting dressed up, but heat+baby most days equals an "eh, I'll just wear yoga pants" attitude most days. Oops!
You look so cute! Your shoes are especially awesome, as is the pretty embroidery on it!

  8. I'm with you, for sure! My summer wardrobe is similar- I wouldn't be caught dead in anything not featuring sunglasses- I'll have to check out sunglass warehouse! I need a new pair...or two.
