Hi guys! Here are the pictures I promised from our little breakfast picnic in the mountains last weekend. Even if you don't live near the mountains, I highly recommend taking your coffee outside somewhere in nature to just relax and just absorb it all. It made for the perfect start to the weekend. Speaking of which, why isn't today Friday already?!
Outfit Details:
Crop top: Vintage for sale in my shop here!
Shorts: Vintage/ thrifted
Necklace: Gift from mom, locally made in Kona, HI
Earrings: bought while studying abroad in Mexico
Sandals: vintage/ thrifted
I have been trying to work on my shop a little bit more this week, but really need to tackle a bunch more asap. This adorable floral crop top is for sale there now, and boy was I tempted to keep it! I am also planning on putting these vintage woven leather sandals I am wearing up in the shop because they are a little big on me. If anyone is interested in them before I put them up, send me an email or leave a comment and let me know! They are marked as an 8.5 but I would recommend them for a size 9. I wanted to give my readers a chance to snap them up before they're in the shop! *(I think I am selling them for $30+ shipping in the shop, but if a reader wants them I would do $25+shipping).
Anyway, what are your weekend plans? My ideal plan for this weekend is to have no plans. Seriously. I want utter relaxation. I don't even want to go out, and I especially don't want to exercise. I want to lay in a lump on the couch watching movies at night, and lay outside in the sun during the day. That's about it! Maybe I can live vicariously through you guys if you are going on an exciting adventure. And who knows, maybe tomorrow will bring a sudden burst of energy and enthusiasm.
I am sure on Monday I will look at all the fun on everyone's blogs and say Hannah, why are you such a slug? So it goes.
Spending any time outside is usually a rare treat for me. Your time outside makes me a little jealous. :)
ReplyDeleteCute top! :D
I sit at my computer all day. Seeing these pictures makes me want to go take a hike. Or, um, pack up my bags and drag my bf to Colorado with me. (I should probably go check out Boulder and UofC since I'm applying to both of them for grad school!). Those earrings are amazing. Anything with birds = YES.

ReplyDeleteugh this is aaaamazing! i'm trapped in a city and only see trees when i visit my parents in the suburbs. i'm tinkering with the idea of moving to Portland next year, so if i'm surrounded my this kind of scenery i'll be a very happy lady.

This looks like such a lovely little retreat! My boyfriend and I are going to explore some old abandoned military bunkers tomorrow, and they're in a state park so I'm sure we'll get to explore the countryside, too. I can't wait!

Having a relaxing weekend sounds like the best thing right now! I've had company at my house every night this week and I need a relaxation break:)
ReplyDeleteMountainside breakfast picnics sound so delightful. The scenery around you is utterly gorgeous. My favorite thing in the morning is going out on my back porch and gazing at the mountains and trees and taking it all in. We are lucky ladies to live in such beauty:)
Pretty as always Hannah! Enjoy your weekend! xx
You are so lucky to have been in the mountains. I live near them - but my life has been to hectic to sit in their presence lately.
ReplyDeleteI always find the mountains to be so inspiring and therapeutic. I do believe the fresh smell of pine brings more good to the soul than any amount of drugs or intoxication.
I think you look beautiful. The floral crop is a gem. How were you ever able to part with it?!! Teach me your strength!
sending you happy spells
