Printed Primaries

Hi guys, how was your weekend?  Mine included a mini thrifting road trip, and R came along so we could explore the town and grab lunch too.  We had the best tasting soda at lunch that I have ever had, and I am not even a huge soda drinker at all.  I got PINK cream soda and R got root beer, and I think I would drive the hour back just to have another one!

Outfit Details
Grey Beanie - thrifted (similar)
Mustard Cardigan - c/o Oasap
Striped Shirt Dress - c/o Oasap
Skirt - Vintage (similar)
Shoes - (similar/ cute plaid version!)

A favorite way for me to transition into cooler weather is with a primary color palette.  Anyone else feel the same?  When I was thrifting this weekend all of the navy blues and red were catching my eye, as is evident in this photo I shared on instagram with me and all my loot!  This skirt is also one of my finds, and lets just say it won't be going in the shop just yet, I am in love!  And perhaps it was a bit crazy to mix the tartan with this striped dress (worn as a top) but WHATEVER its my blog and I like it!

October marks the start to the busy shop season, which is amazing but means I'm busy busy busy trying to keep it fully stocked and updated before my big trip to Italy at the end of the month!  Thanks so much for the recommendations you guys left so far, and definitely keep them coming!

p.s. I FINALLY figured out why my photos always had the weird purple blue tint to them recently and it was such an easy fix.  So yeah, if you were thinking I was a smurfette for the last few months, I'm not, and this is what my skin tone actually looks like ;)

It's All Yellow

You guys its COLD. Like it apparently snowed near us this morning. And rainy. And may I point out that it was in the 90s during the day last weekend?  At least its Friday!
Outfit Details:
Mustard Jeans - Rue 21 (on sale!)
Cutout Booties - DSW (similar)
Grey Top - H&M
Sunnies - Zero UV
Necklaces - gift / vintage

I wore this out to grab a few beers at a local brewery (Lefthand) and eat Thai food with R and his sister while she was in town.  The mustard pants (or jeggings as the tag read - what an awful term) are new from an outlet store while we were driving home from the mountains.  And jeggings or not, they're super comfortable (and apparently on sale now)!  I paired it with a cozy sweater I picked up last month that I've been waiting for the cooler weather to wear.

Anyway, more exciting shop things happening, as I was asked to start selling my vintage in a local salon in my new town!  It will be my first in-person vintage location and I'm busy getting a collection together to bring over next week! Hurray!
Have a great weekend!

p.s. Do any of you guys use rewardstyle with your blogs?  I am just getting started with it and if you have any tips or want to tell me about your experience with it, I'd much appreciate it in the comments! :)
