Pinstripe Pink

It's about that time again where I've got to say goodbye to the pink hair for now.  It was my last bottle of dye and its almost all rinsed out.  I'm also trying to find a part time job to do temporarily alongside by shop, so I'm going to hold off for a short while before i delve into another crazy color even though I want to!

So the big news around here is that R and I are flying to Charleston, S.C. this weekend, as we are thinking about moving there at some point!  We have actually never been there in person, so it may seem crazy, but both R and I miss the coastal lifestyle and are ready for a bit of a change.  We have been doing a lot of research on Charleston and it seems like such a fun, interesting, and charming city, so we are excited to go and check it out!  I really enjoyed this little city guide from Design Sponge if you want to read a little more about the city.  If any of you have ever visited and have any suggestions of things we have to see, eat, or do while we are there, I would love to hear your recommendations!

  1. That's so exciting! I have been dreaming of the coastal lifestyle and really hope we can make that happen soon. I look forward to hearing what you think of Charleston! Your story sounds familiar- awhile back we decided we wanted to move to Denver and hadn't ever been before. We went for a visit during a crazy snow storm and kind of freaked out about how cold it is (duh) :) have fun!

  2. Such a cool, menswear-inspired look! I bet those pants are super comfy.

Um, exciting news! I have never been to Charleston but it has been on my list for SO long! There are actually several people I know in Nashville that are from/visit/went to school in Charleston, and I've heard nothing but good things. Glad you'll be able to make a trip, at least! I bet you fall in love.

  5. You want to impulsively move to somewhere you've never been? That is freakin' awesome! The best time do that is right now while you're still young. I actually have some friends that got married and moved right to Charleston. It was random but I think it was for work? (I dunno, we're mostly just Facebook friends. You know how those friendships are. lol)

I'm really digging your shirt + necklace combo. It's like something I've never really seen. You are just full of cool, bold choices!

  12. Love your hair! it's good you'll have blog photos to look back on it, even if it was the last bottle of dye and you're going to let it go to a more natural colour now.

Hope you had a fun weekend looking at the pace you might move to!
