I am feeling like I am in a pretty good groove this week so far. I don't know about you guys, but when I have a good schedule down for the week it helps with everything, including my mood. I have also been trying to eat healthy before my trip and ride my bike to work everyday, which is exhausting but in the end makes me feel better! (Sometimes a large 5 dollar pizza from Little Caesars make me feel better too, but I digress).

Oufit Details:

Dress: Vintage - gift from a friend!
Crown - thrifted/ DIY
Purse - Gift from mom from Taiwan!
Nail Polish - Hard Candy
Anyway, my best friend Rachel sent me a package last week, and it was full of amazing vintage goodies including this dress! I am in love with the tiny polka dots and the cut makes me feel like such a lady! I really do miss my friends from home a ton, they are the best! I feel like it takes a lot of time and effort to make and keep good girl friends, something I really need to work on more out here in Colorado. I am also wearing the coolest and cutest purse in the history of the universe, if I do say so myself. My mom brought it back from Taiwan for me. In case you are blind and could not tell, its a little fish bag and is the perfect size for my cellphone, lip balm, and some cash when you don't want to carry around a big bag. I didn't get a good picture, but there is also a tiny smaller fish inside with a little zipper mouth that is an attached coin purse. AH, the cuteness!
On the last note of my list of very important things besides my polka dot dress and fish purse, I am considering chopping all of my hair off. Well not all of it, but to about shoulder length! I have been wanting to change something for a long time, and the thought of not having my long hair honestly scares the bejesus out of me, but that is kind of the reason I want to do it. I feel like I never go much out of my comfort zone with my look, and I am 25 years old and have never in my life had short hair before! Have any of you ever cut a lot off? I actually donated 11 inches to locks of love while I was in college, but it still wasn't above my shoulders! If you guys have any advice (besides plain old "don't cut it"), I would love to here your stories! Here's to stepping out of the box!
