What I Wore: Little House on the Prairie

Hello Lovelies,
I apologize for completely ignoring my blog, I have been SO busy.  I just started working full time on assignment at an Environmental Consulting firm, so that has been taking up lots of time.  Also, I am studying to take the Graduate Record Exams (GREs) next friday, so I am very stressed to say the least.  I cannot wait until they are over with!  Anyway, a few weeks ago I did a fun little photo shoot with the loveliest vintage dress.  I fell in love with it when I saw it on the rack, but I am planning to put it up in my shop asap, which probably means after my exam is done!

The dress is the perfect yellow with tiny white pin stripes, and has an amazing little dainty lace collar, which is my favorite part.  It reminds me of being outside in autumn with all the changing colors and crisp air.  The wearer definitely belongs in a little house on the prairie, surrounded by pumpkins and cider!

Dress: Vintage, soon to be in my shop       Heels: Merona, thrifted         Boots: Marshalls

I has so much fun with this, hope you all enjoy the pictures!   I promise to keep up more with this after I get into the swing of things with my new job and finish my dreaded exams.  My parents are coming to visit the week after the test from NJ and we are going to an amazing cabin in Grand Lake, Colorado, which I have never been to and super excited about! I hope you all had a great week!

  2. Thanks for the kind comments! I am, sadly, no longer in Boulder. I moved to San Francisco about a month ago. I have definitely been missing Boulder, especially the lovely weather!

Yellow looks perfect on you! : ) Lovely location! Makes me miss the area even more.

Best of luck on your GRE!
